PERES STRIKES BACK

Greetings from California! I obviously do have internet access, although very little time to blog. But I could not resist this news item:

In a meeting at the Knesset with the heads of opposition factions, Peres said Israel has a "Schwarzenegger government."

Why? Because they actually won the election and are in power (unlike you, Mr Peres)?

"The government is imitating Schwarzenegger, because they think that if they flex their muscles, people will support them. They have shown nothing but muscles with the Histadrut, with the Palestinians and with the Left," he said.

Well, you have to hand it to Mr Peres. At least he is topical with his insults.
