TRUTH ABOUT RE-OPENING TEMPLE MOUNT TO NON-MUSLIMS

According to Debka, despite reports to the contrary, the Muslim Waqf really does want the Temple Mount in Jerusalem to be re-opened to non-Muslims, but is being threatened by Arafat.
Temple Mount in Jerusalem re-opened Wednesday to Jewish and Christian visitors under heavy police escort. Israeli police closed shrine to Jews in first week of August when threats from Arafat intimidated Muslim Waqf authority - although Israeli internal security minister denied Muslim permission needed for Jewish visits. Wednesday, Waqf voiced hope re-opening of shrine would boost Old City tourism and trade.
If you recall, the palestinians have consistently threatened violence if non-Muslims are allowed on to this site, and used Sharon's visit there in 2000 as a pretext for their murderous rampage.

MOVING After yelling and screaming for a while now, Blogger have finally returned my mail and upgraded me to an ads-free version. So no more obnoxious pro-Palestinian ads appearing above my blog.
